There will be a team gross prize of a £30 voucher each and a voucher for £50 for the best individual score
There will be a team net prize of a voucher for £20 each.
Players with inactive handicaps may not take part.
I enclose a cheque for £30
(Cheques should be made payable to The Northumberland Union of Golf Clubs).
I hereby certify that the competitors named above are amateur golfers, as defined by the Royal and Ancient Golf Club of St. Andrews, that their handicaps have been carefully verified before the submission of entries and that they have the necessary Northumberland County qualifications.

Note:- In order to avoid alterations to the printed draw, before submitting your entry please ensure that the members of your team will be available for the Championship. Please notify the County Secretary in advance of the competition if a change in personnel is made
DRESS:- Competitors wearing Jeans, Tee-Shirts, Shorts, or Trainer shoes will not be allowed on the course.
NO SIT ON BUGGIES PERMITTED unless with a medical certificate certifying an inability to walk 18 holes.
