All entries must be in the hands of the Secretary of the Union not later than Saturday, April 21st.
Entrance fee £12 per player must accompany entry.
DRESS: COMPETITORS WEARING JEANS, TEE SHIRTS, SHORTS, OR TRAINER SHOES WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ON THE COURSE AND THE DRESS RULES OF THE HOST CLUB WILL APPLY.
BUGGIES: NO SIT ON BUGGIES PERMITTED unless the player has a medical certificate which states he is unable to walk 36 holes.
No monies will be refunded once the draw has been published.

I hereby certify that the competitors named above are amateur golfers, as defined by the Royal and Ancient Golf Club of St. Andrews, that their exact handicaps have been carefully verified before the submission of the entries, and that they have necessary County qualifications.
