After what has been a very testing 2 days for all the players in the County Stroke Play Championship which has been played at the fabulous Dunstanburgh Castle golf, we have our winner.
A huge thank you to Stu Imeson and all of his team for having the course in fantastic condition and the catering staff looking after everyone.
Congratulations to all the players and especially the overall winner 17 year old Morgan Blythe from Hexham GC, with a total score of 286. Winning by 2 from Alex Buchanan and Andrew Minnikin. With Paul Caldicott in 4th place.
Morgan also won theHenderson Salver for the best 36 hole gross qualifying score as well as the under 18 Stroke Play Championship.
