A huge congratulations to our County Captain, Graham Forrest who won his first Northern Counties title at Furness Golf Club on 25 & 26 July, winning the Northern Counties Senior Championship.

Graham shot rounds of 3 over and level par for a total of 145, which was good enough for a 1 shot victory

A delighted Graham said ‘It was a really special moment to win such a prestigious Trophy’ signposting his success on a change to his diet ‘I have been drinking beetroot juice for the last couple of years, which has been a huge help with improving my vision, allowing me to read greens a lot better’
